All Retainers paid for any services should be considered non-refundable and are always redeemable at a later date, if the client is unable to complete a session/wedding/service and is not the fault of pixo2 photography. We will make every opportunity to accommodate our clients and will move one date free of charge. All refunds are at the discretion of pixo2 photography.
